A word about wine preservation
Even after bottling, wine continues to ripen and age. Depending on factors such
as temperature, humidity, lighting, and vibration during the preservation process,
the flavor of wines can change dramatically. To age optimally, wine requires a
balance of temperature and humidity, with a temperature between 8°C-17°C. It is
common knowledge that vibration and light exposure can negatively affect the aging
process. In order to create a proper wine storage environment, temperature, humidity,
vibration and light must all be rigorously controlled.

Eliminating UV rays
Utilizing an anti-UV glass door that still provides easy visibility of the cellar's
contents, we are able to cut harmful ultra violet rays by 99.8%. UV rays can adversely
affect the ability of wines to age properly. |

Low vibration
With a special vibration proof cap, we can substantially lower overall vibration
caused from below. By lowering vibration, we can prevent wine dregs from dispersing
and wines from over-ripening in the bottles. |

Maintaining optimal humidity levels
We are able to maintain the ideal level of humidity inside the wine cellar. Maintaining
humidity levels prevents corks from shrinking due to oxidation from outside air,
as well as over-ripening of wines, while preserving flavor. |

With a specialized natural convectional refrigeration system, we are able to slowly
chill wines while consistently maintaining an ideal temperature range of 8°C-17°C. |
