We are committed to including “enjoyment” in everyday conduct while treating
both nature and people with the highest respect and consequently leading people
toward well-being. This is our stance toward society at GAC, and for that reason,
our actions as members of GAC must agree with it. We contribute to things like
our welfare selection system, for example, that make work comfortable and life
easier.
GAC is proactively progressing toward formulating that system. We support and
encourage cultural activities for each person in the company and guarantee many
kinds of facilities. GAC employees and their families are free to use the recreation
establishments in the Shinshu area and the recreation centers that the Denso Corporation
has in various areas of Japan.
GAC will enrich a unique system in the future in order for each person to find
a form of invigoration that suits their taste and allows them to secure a vital
